Trains that were late by 30 minutes or more
If a train reaches its destination 30 to 59 minutes late, you may be able to claim Delay Repay compensation worth half of a one-way ticket price. At 60 minutes late or more, it may be worth the full one-way ticket price. This is compensation for a journey you took, not a refund for an unused ticket. The train company checks each claim. Cancelled trains are shown separately and are not included in the 30-minute or 60-minute percentages.
1,319 matching train and day groups. We give more weight to results based on more journeys that reached their destination.
Up to 100 train and day groups are shown. We hide groups with fewer than 25 journeys that reached their destination. A small group can get lucky, so it does not automatically come first. Read how we work out the results.
